Care Plan - user guides for clients
On the Care Plan page you will find all treatments and questionnaires you have been invited to work on by a professional. Self-help treatments are placed in a separate care plan. From here you can start working on a treatment or continue from where you left off.
Would you like to work on a treatment without an invitation from a professional? Check out our User Guide: Self-help. Self-help has its own care plan. This care plan is called Therapieland or Gezondeboel depending on which platform you started it from. In this care plan you will find every treatment you have added yourself.
When you have received an invitation from a professional your account might have several care plans. The number of care plans you have is indicated at the top of the page. There is a care plan for every organisation you are connected to. The care plans will have the name of the organisation and the professional that has invited you will be connected to that care plan as well. Everything you work on in a care plan will be visible for the professionals that are connected to the care plan.
