Sending out invitations - the new platform
We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about inviting a new client and inviting an existing client for extra treatment or questionnaires.

This is how it worked before
To invite a new client you would click on the orange person icon with the plus sign next to it. You would fill in the form, choose which treatments you would like to send to the client and send the invitation. The client had to accept every invitation for every treatment separately. To invite an existing client for an extra treatment you would look up the client in the overview and send an invitation for one or more extra treatments.
This is how it works now
You can now invite a new client straight from your dashboard or from the Clients page. On the new platform you invite a client to work together on a care plan. Once the client has accepted the invitation you can add new treatments or questionnaires to the care plan. The client will not receive separate invitations for every treatment or questionnaire anymore, but these will appear in the care plan immediately.
Adding a new client from your dashboard
On the dashboard you can find a 'Invite new client' button. Clicking on this button will open a form in which you can enter your client's data. You can choose to add a treatment or a questionnaire rightaway, but you can also add those at a later time. Once the client has accepted the invitation you are connected and can send eachother messages.
Adding a new client from the Clients page
There is a 'Add new client' button on the Clients page as well. This one will open the same form as was described above.
Add more to care plan
To add a treatment or a questionnaire to an existing careplan you look up the client in the overview and click on their name. This will open this client's care plan. Here you can 'Add more to the care plan' via the button with that name.
Editing an outstanding invitation
After you have sent an invitation you can still edit the email address. Go to the 'Not accepted' tab and click on the pencil icon next to the email address to edit the email address. Click on the checkmark next to save your changes.
