Treatment outside package - the new platform

We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about treatments that are not in your package.

This is how it worked before

On the 'Programs' page there were multiple tabs. One of them was called 'Outside package'. Here, all treatments that were not in included in your package were listed.

This is how it works now

All treatments are now in one list on the 'Treatments' page and you can apply filters here, for example to only show treatments that are suitable for children. Treatments that are included in your package have a plus icon in the top-right corner. Treatments that are not in your package do not. When you hover over the treatment with your mouse you will also get the 'Outside package' notification. If you would like to discuss the options to add a treatment to your package you can contact the account manager for your organisation.
