Groups - the new platform

We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about the group functionality on our platform.

This is how it worked before

There are a number of public groups around the themes from our programs. Clients and professionals could enroll in these groups and create new messages or reply to messages by other people. The groups were moderated by Therapieland/Gezondeboel employees.
Professionals also had the option to create new groups and invite people for those.

This is how it works now

On the new platform groups will only be available for people who are already in a group now. It will not be possible to enroll in a group anymore or to create a new group.
