Displaying the results of questionnaires - the new platform
We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about displaying the results of a questionnaire. There are articles about sending out an invitation for a questionnaire and downloading the results as well.

This is how it worked before
After a client had filled out a questionnaire you would receive a notification by email. You could click on the link or visit the Questionnaire portal and click on the blue link saying 'View results'.
This is how it works now
You will still receive a notification by email after a client has filled out a questionnaire. Click on the link in the email or go to the Clients page, select the relevant client and look for the questionnaire in the care plan. Underneath the name of the questionnaire you will see the date on which the questionnaire was completed and a button 'Review'. Click on that button to view the results.
