Sending a message to your professional - the new platform
We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about sending a message to your professional.

This is how it worked before
You could click on Messages from your dashboard and that would take you to the Messages page. There you could start a new conversation or continue an existing one.
This is how it works now
You are now able to navigate to the Messages page from any other page by clicking on the textballoon icon at the top of the page.
When you are working on a treatment you also have to option to send a message to your professional at every step. When you use this option your professional will be able to see which step you where working on when you sent the message. This could be useful when you have a question about a specific part of the treatment.
You can look for one of your contact with the magnifying glass icon and start a new conversation by clicking on the textballoon icon with the plus sign in it.
