Changing your email address - the new platform
We have upgraded our platform. That is why some features might be different than what you were used to. In this series of articles we will discuss the most important changes per topic. This article is about changing the email address that you use to log in to the platform.

This is how it worked before
You had to send a message to the helpdesk to change the email address that you used to log in to the platform. After a verification we would change the email address that your account was registered on for you.
This is how it works now
You are now able to change the email address that you use to log in to the platform by yourself. To do this, log in to your account and go to Settings. Beneath the Basic Information header you can enter a new email address and click on 'save changes'. The next time you log in you can use the new email address. The password will stay the same if you do not change that as well.
